Holiday Fun

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving - just a quite evening at home with my husband, my gorgeous son, Dante, and my parents. The hubby made a nice fire, my mom and I made a low key turkey dinner, and we all enjoyed chowing down.

I was glad that we didn't have a huge crowd (although I will admit there are times when I wish we had huge family meals with cousins and second cousins running around). For now, keeping up with my son is enough and keeping it small allowed me to enjoy my time with him. We've started a tradition every holiday and we kept it up on Thanksgiving. We read him a Charlie Brown holiday book that I bought at the Hallmark store when I was pregnant with him. It has Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Easter in it. He loves it and I love reading it.

Of course we had to take pictures too. And I've decided I had to share some. Enjoy!

I hope that you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Now on to Christmas! We've decorated everything now we just have to get the Christmas tree. I think may get a real tree year! How about you?
